By visiting the Site, submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment, paying any fee, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: RC Access is an advisory provider. We are not a government authority and we do not issue visas, residence permits, or citizenship. Outcomes depend on official authorities and legal requirements in the destination jurisdiction.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • “Client” means a person or entity that engages RC Access for paid services.

2. Scope of our services

RC Access provides advisory and coordination services relating to residency and citizenship planning, including strategic information, process guidance, and introductions to relevant professional partners where appropriate.

2.1 Not legal advice / not government

RC Access is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any content or communication from RC Access is for general informational and advisory purposes and is not a substitute for advice from licensed legal, tax, or regulated professionals. Government authorities exclusively control application outcomes and processing timelines.

2.2 No guarantees

We do not guarantee outcomes, approvals, processing speeds, or eligibility. Eligibility and outcomes depend on (i) your personal circumstances, (ii) the documents you provide, (iii) government due diligence, and (iv) the rules in force at the time of submission and decision.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

By using the Site and/or Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.1 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with the Site’s security or functionality
  • Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content without permission

4. Enquiries, consultations, and communications

When you submit an enquiry or book a consultation, you agree to provide accurate information. Our responses may include follow-up questions to assess suitability, and we may decline to proceed if information is incomplete or raises compliance concerns.

4.1 Scheduling tools

We may use third-party scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly). Your use of these tools may be subject to their terms and privacy practices. Please ensure your time zone and contact details are correct.

5. Fees, payments, and billing

Some Services require payment, including consultation fees, appointment fees, and processing-related fees (where applicable). Fees will be presented before payment.

5.1 Payment processing

Payments are processed using third-party payment providers. RC Access does not store full payment card details. Payment processors may collect data under their own policies.

5.2 Refunds and cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase:

  • Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
  • Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeited fees.
  • If RC Access cancels a scheduled consultation, you will be offered rescheduling or a refund of the relevant consultation fee.

If you believe a billing error occurred, contact info@rcaccess.com with your invoice/receipt details.

6. Client obligations and accuracy of information

You agree that all information and documents you provide are truthful, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You agree not to submit forged or altered documents or to omit material facts.

Compliance note: Providing false information can result in rejection by authorities and may lead to immediate termination of services.

7. Compliance, due diligence, and right to refuse service

Residency and citizenship pathways commonly involve due diligence by governments and third parties. RC Access reserves the right to refuse or discontinue Services at any time where:

  • Information appears false, incomplete, or inconsistent
  • There are integrity, sanctions, or compliance concerns
  • Continuing could create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk
  • We are unable to deliver Services responsibly based on available information

8. Partners and third-party professionals (including Inimex)

RC Access may collaborate with professional partners, including Inimex, to support client communications, consultations, and service delivery. Where appropriate, we may share relevant client information with partners strictly for the purpose of providing Services and responding to requests.

8.1 Separate terms

Partners may operate independently and may require separate agreements, engagement letters, or terms. RC Access is not responsible for third-party performance, advice, or outcomes.

9. Third-party websites and tools

The Site may contain links or integrations with third-party services (for example, scheduling, payment tools, or external informational resources). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

10. Intellectual property

All Site content, branding, text, layout, and materials are owned by RC Access or licensed to us. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Confidentiality and privacy

We treat client communications as confidential and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we may share information with partners and service providers when necessary to deliver Services, process payments, schedule appointments, operate the Site, or comply with legal obligations.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • We do not warrant accuracy or completeness of general informational content because programs and regulations can change.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RC Access will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm.

Without limiting the above, RC Access is not liable for:

  • Government decisions, refusals, delays, or policy changes
  • Third-party actions or omissions (including partners, agents, or providers)
  • Losses arising from reliance on general information rather than professional advice
  • Travel, investment, legal, tax, or compliance outcomes beyond our control

Where liability cannot be excluded, RC Access’s total liability is limited to the fees paid directly to RC Access for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RC Access from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
